TERMS OF OFFER
1. Redeemable only on Canon imageCLASS® D320 purchases between
March 11, 2007 and April 7, 2007. Purchases prior to or after the
promotion dates will not be honored. Limited to only one $125 Rebate per
product purchase. Cash value 1⁄100 of one cent.
2. All claims must be postmarked by May 7, 2007 and received by May 21, 2007
3. Canon U.S.A., Inc. assumes no responsibility for lost, misdirected, damaged, stolen, undelivered mail, nor for misprints or for typographical errors.
4. Canon U.S.A., Inc. direct and indirect retailers, dealers, distributors and other resellers are not eligible to participate in this offer. Reconditioned or used machines are not eligible for this promotion.
5. To be eligible for a rebate from Canon U.S.A., each legibly-completed claim form must include a serial number and be accompanied by an original receipt (or legible photocopy) and original UPC Bar Code cut from the side of the box. Photocopies of the UPC Bar Code will not be accepted. Serial number must be included.
6. Handwritten invoices or sales history reports will not be accepted. Canon has the right to substantiate sales receipts, bar codes and serial numbers.
7. All required information on the coupon must be hand printed; no mechanical reproductions or labels will be accepted.
8. Offer good in the U.S.A. only. The Canon imageCLASS® D320 must be
purchased from an authorized Canon dealer or dealers of its distributors in the U.S.A. only. Offer excludes purchases at Office Max. The $125 Rebate check will only be mailed within the U.S.A. Offer void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.
9. Ineligible, incomplete or illegible coupons and claims that do not comply with these terms will be rejected and will not be returned.
10. For your records, keep copies of all documentation submitted for this offer. All claims and their accompanying documentation become the property of Canon U.S.A., Inc. and will not be returned.
