To receive your rebate by mail, follow these simple steps:
1) Purchase one or more qualifying products ("1G SO-DIMM DDRII 667") between 11/6/2007 and
11/14/2007 from "NEWEGG.COM".
2) Enclose this completed rebate form (HANDWRITING MUST BE LEGIBLE FOR YOUR REBATE TO
BE PROCESSED).
3) Enclose a copy of the original sales receipt or invoice between 11/6/2007 and 11/14/2007
indicating your purchase.
4) Enclose the original UPC code(s) from the product packaging.

IMPORTANT: Keep copies of all materials submitted for your records.
Requests must be postmarked within 28 days of purchase and postmarked no later than December 12th, 2007.

All rebate checks will be paid in U.S. Dollars. A-Data Technology is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected, or
postage-due submissions. Offer void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Please allow 8-10 weeks for processing from the time
your submission is received.
